• Necessity for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation
• Publicization of personal data by the data subject
• Necessity for data processing for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right
• Necessity for data processing for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject

Your personal data may be shared with the following persons and organizations within the limits specified in the legislation for the purposes stated above:

• Our business partners, suppliers, and service providers
• Public institutions and organizations within the framework of legal obligations
• Professional service providers such as accounting, legal, and consulting

• Cargo and logistics companies
• Marketing and advertising agencies (with explicit consent)

Your personal data may be transferred domestically or internationally. In case of international transfer, the provisions of Article 9 of the KVKK apply.

Your personal data is collected through our website, email, phone, fax, mail, social media platforms, mobile applications, and other communication channels through automatic or non-automatic methods.

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed
• Request information if your personal data has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with its purpose
• Know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or internationally
• Request correction if your personal data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
• Request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in the KVKK
• Request notification of third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred regarding the correction, deletion, or destruction of data
• Object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the data processed exclusively through automated systems
• Request compensation for damages if you have suffered damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data

You can submit your requests regarding the protection of your personal data, together with documents identifying your identity, through one of the following methods:

If your application is rejected, the response is found insufficient, or the application is not made in due time, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board in accordance with Article 14 of the KVKK.
